H.Anıl Gürses was born in Alaçatı in August 1985. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences (Property), Political Science and International Relations. Her passion for her hometown Alaçatı started when she met windsurfing at the age of 12. Until the end of her university life, she worked as a manager in Turkey's leading windsurfing clubs and took part in national and international organizations. Alaçatı's nonstop crazy wind, the unique bays of the Çeşme Peninsula and its potential that started to emerge rapidly were effective in his professional orientation. She is currently working on real estate project development and real estate investment in the land where she was born and raised. In particular, he provides consultancy on land investment, zoning applications, concept villas & boutique hotel & farmhouse projects in Alaçatı & Çeşme, and personalized stone-modern villa & living space development.
