ALAÇATI

Fountain…

Alaçatı, the land of fairy tales, is the indispensable address of surfing and entertainment that brings a boutique perspective to Turkish tourism with its stone houses that defy history, narrow streets that smell of lavender and crazy wind on one side, and Ovacık Village in the Tuscany Valley of Turkey with its uniquely beautiful beaches and fertile lands for wine production. On the other hand, the ancient city of Ildır, which carries the breeze from the End Times into our souls, with its insatiable view, where the sun is stubborn not to set, and Ilıca, which hosts one of the world's most beautiful beaches and one-storey villas of unique beauty, where you can reach hot water almost if you dig with your hand. Pasalimani, where the most private villas and living spaces of the region are located with its windproof bays, surrounded by the fisherman village of Dalyan, famous for its fish restaurants, all of which are each more special than the other, envied by those who cannot live here, wishing they were now in Çeşme, the world-class tourism center of the future. net…

Alaçatı, the most special location of Çeşme peninsula;
While Alaçatı was a town established on the port until the 1850s, in those years the surrounding became a swamp with the rains and the people began to suffer from malaria. Thereupon, Greek workers were brought from the Aegean islands to dry the swamp. The visitors build the new Alaçatı, 1000 meters from the sea, by processing the soft white stone in the vicinity and building the houses we admire today. The soil is very suitable for viticulture, olive growing, almond, mulberry and gum farming. Alaçatı wines are sent all over the world from the wine factory in the port.

The fate of the town begins to change with the arrival of windsurfing enthusiasts after the 1990s; meanwhile, stone houses are discovered, repairs begin; With the opening of TaşOtel in 2001, "protective tourism" started and it was declared an urban site in 2005. Most of the two-storey stone houses with back courtyards in the narrow streets of Alaçatı are 100-150 years old. The streets are arranged in such a way that the sun gets less and the wind is high. It is possible to forget how many hours you have walked by witnessing the history while walking between the streets.

Windsurfing is one of the elements that carry Alaçatı to its brand value. With its constantly blowing wind, steady sea and sheltered bay, Alaçatı is a paradise for both beginners and professionals in this sport; It is no surprise that his name is associated with the world's best windsurfing locations such as Fuerteventura, Lake Garda, Jericoacoara, Cape Town…

Since Alaçatı is located on the "thin waist" of the Çeşme peninsula, there are dozens of beaches at distances between 3-15 km. There are many options from “beach clubs” with plenty of music and entertainment for young people to untouched beaches for those who seek silence.

Alaçatı is also a gastronomy center for food and beverage enthusiasts in recent years. If you consider the experimental cuisine works such as Alancha restaurant that combines Anatolian culture with modern cuisine, as well as the food competitions known as the herb festival, Alaçatı is the closest candidate to become a gourmet city after Istanbul. You have the chance to find the most outstanding examples of Anatolian cuisine in this village…

If we add to all these things we have written, transportation facilities such as being only 45 minutes away from the airport, reducing land transportation to 3 hours with the newly opened Istanbul-İzmir highway, Alaçatı Airport Project, Port Alaçatı project and the ever-growing Alaçatı Marina area, Alaçatı's rapid growth will be achieved. It seems inevitable that it will become a developing international holiday destination.

Alaçatı's unique Greek architecture, restoration stone houses and boutique hotels, luxury villas at the seafront in Port Alaçatı where you can connect your boat, luxury villas with a unique sea view in Paşalimanı region, single-storey summer houses and residences in the Ilıca area, located on the seafront, in Ovacık Village. Tuscan-style farmhouses are among the best housing options in the region …
