Located in the Osmanağa area of Alaçatı, just 1.5 km from Port Alaçatı and the village center, this farm house with a planned pool is set within a 4370 m2 plot. The location of the house is close to living areas while also being completely isolated from crowds and noise. Situated in a special ecological area surrounded by olive trees left from the Greeks, who were the earliest agricultural inhabitants of Alaçatı, and remnants of old vineyards, the farm house offers stunning views of nature throughout the day with its south-facing orientation.
The main house, a single-story structure with a living area of 203 m2 made entirely of steel and wood, features a kitchen, living room, and a bedroom with a bathroom, decorated predominantly with wood. The wide terrace in front of the house extends into a long, narrow 50 m2 specially designed swimming pool, with a barbecue area and stainless steel kitchen equipment on the right side of the terrace. A special landscape area in harmony with nature is created at the entrance of the main house, surrounded by olive trees' shade.
Right in front of the main house, there is a single-story guest house with a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen, covering an area of 62 m2. Additionally, there is a 23 m2 house for the dogs on the farm and a 50 m2 storage area.
The entire land where the house is located is surrounded by a fence and hosts 40 olive trees, five of which are ancient. Irrigation is provided by a legally permitted well, and energy needs are met by a 50 kW private transformer and voltage regulator. A special filtration system is used for drinking water, and ozone-treated water is used for showers.
